Brace marks my first foray into furniture, manufactured and launched through Box Living.
I came to design through art. As such, these works are personal , conceived less as purely objects of function and more as sculptural studies in form.
Inspired by the corset, these are objects informed by the language of containment & release, ; to brace, to slip, to enfold in, out and around.
