B R A C E.

The collection 's core piece, in which it receives its name.

Brace draws directly from the corset’s back. Wooden bands crisscross to hold the cushion as ribbons would brace the body.

In both the practical and figurative sense, the corset’s form is seductively paradoxical.
The garment is an emblem of romance and desire, yet, limiting in movement, one that articulates fluid, feminine curvature through strict construction.
This dichotomy is carried throughout the collection as an anchoring theme.
Brace's wooden ribbons are constructed of machine-bent laminated veneers, finished in Indian Sambuca and Truffle Drap.
Floating in between is its cushion, in olive and khaki velvet upholstery.
